This Belgian-style tripel is just over 9% alcohol and nice and dry. It has a bit of honey and clove in the finish. It is an excellent beer to have with roasted chicken, seafood pastas and dinner salads.
Like all Flat Earth beers it comes in a 22oz bottle and is brewed here in St. Paul.
Try some tonight!

Have you tried the Tallgrass beers yet? They've been just about walking out the door by themselves for the past couple of weeks. They are some great brews, and, they come in cans! Check out their new ad:

Just in time for late Summer is Oarsman, a nod to the Berliner Weisse style. Oarsman is a slightly tart wheat beer that is immensely sessionable at only 4%ABV. This is the first time it's been in bottles in MN an we're happy to see one of our favorite tap beers now available for home!
We were able to get our hands on more 16th anniversary beer from Great Divide, a Double IPA aged on oak. This a a super hoppy, very strong (10% ABV) DIPA that contains a monster of an oak backbone. This a very complex beer that would go well with any smoked food, strong cheese, or just by itself! See you soon -- Bryan
You guys & gals have been pounding down the door for more Oasis and we obliged! I say Oasis is to ESB as Furious is to an IPA. And it's in cans! Here's what the Tallgrass website has to say:
"Oasis is a Double ESB/IPAish beer that came about from playing around with one of Jeff's favorite homebrew recipes. Here at Tallgrass we love malt and we love hops, and this beer has both of them in record quantities; well, at least records for our baby brewery.
At a hefty 7.2% ABV and 93 IBU, Oasis is a big beer that has to be priced a bit higher than our regular line of beers. We think that once you taste the over-the-top hops and surprisingly sturdy malt backbone you will realize why it's worth it.
Definitely not a fruit-extract seasonal shandy, this beer is meant to be enjoyed on the back porch, the front porch, or even on the stoop. What's a stoop? Well, it's a good place to drink beer, is what it is."
See you soon! -- Bryan
