The wizards at Odell have brewed a small batch of Double Pilsner from their single batch series. Since we got in such a small quantity, we are only selling single 12oz bottles so more people can try it. Limit is 4 bottles per person. I got to try this a few weeks ago and loved its dry breadiness and slightly fruity character. I weighs in at 8.1% ABV, so maybe that limit of 4 bottles isn't such a bad thing; you'll want to keep drinking more! See you soon! -- Bryan
Our single serve beer selection wall has been a victim of its own resounding success! We are running desperately low on 6-pack holders and are sounding out a plea for your empties. Anything you have to spare would be great! You have our eternal gratitude, and we'll see you soon... Bryan
Don't forget we have a brewing legend here tonight: John Zappa, brewmaster of Stevens Point brewery since 1976! He'll be pouring samples of 2012 Black ale, Pale Ale, Burly Brown, Oktoberfest and the new Raspberry Saison. Hope to see you tonight! Alvey.
We just received another couple of cases of the Sierra Nevada 30th anniversary beer #2: "Charlie, Fred and Ken's Bock". This is an 8.3% ABV Helles Lager. It is described as having a strong toasted malt character, moderate sweetness and clean floral hops. We've tried it and certainly enjoyed it. If you missed out the first time we had it now's your chance! A few of these will have to go home with me I think...Cheers! Alvey.
Because we still have PLENTY of Surly Hell in stock today! Still, if you want some it might be a good idea to shot over on your lunch break...just to be sure...
